Who We Are

The Northport Health and Wellness Expo is organized by the team at The Main Street Cottage, an organization deeply dedicated to serving our local community. Each week, The Cottage opens its doors to provide a warm, free meal and free clothing to anyone in need, creating a welcoming space where neighbors find support and encouragement.

Building on this commitment, we believe that being truly well means being whole—physically, mentally, and spiritually. All these things can only in their wholeness be found in God. That's why we take a "Wholistic Healing of Body, Mind, & Soul" approach to health. Our goal is to help build up this community so everyone has access to the tools and support they need to thrive.
